NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 23rd October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1428, in Volume D1, Folio 1249/1564, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Musa Saidi Ngare, formerly known as Musa Ombogo Ngare, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Musa Ombogo Ngare, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Musa Saidi Ngare, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Musa Saidi Ngare only.
