TENDER

NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following motor vehicles and motor cycles herein: KAL 494H, Nissan B15; KAY 301J, Toyota Hiace; KAU 306M, Toyota Hiace; KMEC 248Z, Boxer; KMFN 356G, Boxer; KMDJ 273S, Captain; motorcycle brand Songyj, Type SY125-6; to make delivery of their motor vehicles and motor cycles which are currently lying at Mepukori Car Wash Services, Magadi Road, opposite Rongai Police Station, Kajiado County, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and other incidental costs. Failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction by Laar Auctioneers, Summit House, 2nd Floor, 209, P.O. Box 40781–00100, Nairobi, Kenya, tender or private treaty and proceeds of sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any other reference to the owners. Dated the 14th October, 2023.
