PURSUANT to the provisions of section 40 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above draft plan was on the 18th October, 2023, completed. 4798 4798 The plan relates to land situated within the entire geographical area of Nyamira County. A copy of the draft plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the office of the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) in-charge of Physical and Land Use Planning, County Director in-Charge of Physical and Land Use Planning, all Sub-county and Ward Administrator’s offices countywide. The report has also been published on the County Government of Nyamira website: https://www.nyamira.go.ke/ Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to the County Director in-Charge of Physical and Land Use Planning, P.O. Box 434–40500, Nyamira, Kenya or email address: lands@nyamira.go.ke And such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Dated the 18th October, 2023.
