REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret Mumbi Munyua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Kitengela/3742, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kajiado in Succession Cause No. 26 of 2010, has issued grant in favour of (1) Christine Mugure Macharia and (2) Eddy Njenga Munyua, to be registered as administrators, and whereas the green card issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said green card and proceed with registration in favour of the said administrators, and upon such registration the green card issued earlier to the said Maragaret Mumbi Munyua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
