THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elias Nyaga Evan (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.74 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kagaari/Kigaa/6349, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Runyenjes in succession cause No. E109 of 2021, has directed that the said piece of land be registerd in the name of (1) Lincoln Njiru Nyaga (ID/13825514) and (2) Rose Muthoni Elias (ID/9062493) as administrators to the estate of Elias Nyaga Evan, and whereas all the efforts made to recover the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the Land Registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and register the land title deed to the (1) Lincoln Njiru Nyaga (ID/13825514) and (2) Rose Muthoni Elias (ID/9062493) as administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Elias Nyaga Evan (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
