THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kamuyu Njoroge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.8 acres or thereabout, known as Githunguri/Ikinu/170, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Githunguri in Succession Cause No. E1 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Michael Kamuyu Njuguna and (2) Johnson Ndichu Kamuyu, both of P.O. Box 457–00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Kamuyu Njoroge (deceased) have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said to (1) Michael Kamuyu Njuguna and (2) Johnson Ndichu Kamuyu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kamuyu Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
