REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joel Soikan Taraiyia (ID/1312853), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 23.473 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kimana Tikondo/3423, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register (green card) shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
