THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Eliud Nyandago Waindi and (2) John Collins Onyango, both of P.O. Box 28, Maseno in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title No. Kisumu/Municipality Block 4/794, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
