NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 249, in Volume DI, Folio 1342/1564, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Said Abdi Elmi, of P.O. Box 1406–00101, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Said Yunis Iman, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Said Yunis Iman and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Said Abdi Elmi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Said Abdi Elmi only.
