NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th September, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1648, in Volume DI, Folio 293/2756, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Beatrice Wachuka Ngunyu, of P.O. Box 251–10100, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Beatrice Wachuka, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Beatrice Wachuka and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Beatrice Wachuka Ngunyu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Beatrice Wachuka Ngunyu only.
