NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 27th September, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2012, in Volume D1, Folio 292/2747, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Wanjeri Muchoki Mahihu, of P.O. Box 58013–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Quadra Wanjeri Muchoki Mahihu alias Mary Wanjeri Mahihu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Quadra Wanjeri Muchoki Mahihu alias Mary Wanjeri Mahihu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wanjeri Muchoki Mahihu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Wanjeri Muchoki Mahihu only.
