NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 17th August, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1490, in Volume D1, Folio 294/2764, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Linnah Nasike Allchin, of P.O. Box 1651– 50200, Bungoma in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Linnah Nasike Barasa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Linnah Nasike Barasa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Linnah Nasike Allchin, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Linnah Nasike Allchin only.
