REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of tractor registration No. KAK 109U, motor vehicle registration No. KAN 849Y and KAH 401K, to collect the non-conforming uncollected tractor and motor vehicles that have been lying at Nasir Said Chute Storage Yard upon expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all the outstanding storage charges plus any other costs incurred, failure to which the said tractor and motor vehicles will be disposed by public auction, private treaty or otherwise without any further notice and any proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to them. This notice is issued pursuant to section 6 of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap.38) as there existed no contract between Nasir Said Chute Storage Yard and the owners.
