GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14010

WHEREAS Nkari M’Ariria (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Muthambi/Erega/203, situate in the district of Maara, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Chuka in Succession Cause No. 28 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and confirmation of grant in favour of Fridah Gatwiri Nkari (ID/24831594), and whereas the said Fridah Gatwiri Nkari has executed land application to be registered as personal representative as executor/administrator L.R.A. 39, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Nkari M’Ariria (deceased) is lost and efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as personal representative as executor/administrator L.R.A. 39 in the name of Fridah Gatwiri Nkari (ID/24831594), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nkari M’Ariria (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
