THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mukundi Mukuru alias Robert Mukundi Mukuru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.56 hectares or thereabout, known as Ngenda/Nyamangara/875, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in succession cause no. 112 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to John Njuguna Mukundi, of P.O. Box 27–00100, Gatukuyu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to John Njuguna Mukundi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mukundi Mukuru alias Robert Mukundi Mukuru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
