THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hezbon Njunu alias Hesbon Njunu Kihara (deceased), of P.O. Box 2572–01000, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.2 hectares or thereabout, known as Loc. 6/Kiugu/558, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in succession cause no. 468 of 2015, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Rachel Wangari Njunu, (2) Samuel Ngigi Wanyoke and (3) Joseph Kamande Nyoike, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to (1) Rachel Wangari Njunu, (2) Samuel Ngigi Wanyoke and (3) Joseph Kamande Nyoike, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hezbon Njunu alias Hesbon Njunu Kihara (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
