REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gatoi Ndaru (deceased), is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Murang’a District, registered under title No. Makuyu/Kariaini/Block 11/360, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
