REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Alice Keli Mutinda and (2) Collins Ngeene Mutinda, as the administrators of the estate of Charles Mutinda Ngeene, both of P.O. Box 2473–90100, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 12715/457, situate in North West of Athi River in the Machakos District, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 45909/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
