THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mbarak Abdalla Abud, as administrator of Abdulla Abud Gandus, of P.O. Box 16840–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0495 hectare or thereabouts, known as plot No. portion No. 1257, Malindi, situate in the Malindi Township in Malindi District, registered as C.R. 12180, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land certificate of tittle has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title as provided under section 33 (3) of the land registration act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
