IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 (1) of the Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning appoints– Under paragraph (c)– Nancy Gathuku to be a member of the Registration of Certified Public Secretaries Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 13th October, 2023.
