(b) Any profits or benefits derived or accrued from funds specified in (a) above. 3. THAT the orders shall remain in force for a period of ninety (90) days as provided in Section 84 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti- Money Laundering Act (POCAMLA) 4. THAT the matter shall be mentioned on the 22nd November, 2023 before Lady Justice E. Maina, Presiding Judge, Anti-Corruption Division. It is so ordered.
