NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd May, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 60, in Volume B-13, Folio 2271/19407, File No. 1637, by our client, Wanjira Janet Otieno, of P.O. Box 12286–80117, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Janet Akinyi Okoko, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Janet Akinyi Okoko and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wanjira Janet Otieno, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Wanjira Janet Otieno only.
