NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to owner of the motor vehicle reg. No. KCX 768A, Nissan Juke, who brought the aforesaid vehicle for repairs or service to Sun Down Logistics Limited, located along Kenyatta Highway Road, behind motor vehicle inspection, to take delivery of the vehicle before expiry of thiry (30) days from the date of publication of the notice and upon payment of all outstanding labour charges, storage charges plus other costs incurred, failure to which the vehicle shall be disposed of by public auction or private treaty,without any further notice and any proceeds arising from the sale shall be defrayed against all outstanding storage any any other accrued charges. Storage charges from August, 2022 to date is KSh. 500/= per day plus accident repairs carried by Sun Down Logistics Limited for KSh. 25,000/=. Dated the 13th September, 2023. MICHAEL M.
