NOTICE is given pursuant to provisions of sections 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Good Act (Cap.38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Crank Shafts, blocks, axles diffs, pavoni, stone cutting machine parts, robin engine body, gear boxes, propeller shafts. etc. Which have been lying at the premises of Sahara Engineering Works Limited for several years and months upto and end of August, 2023, to collect and remove the same there from upon payment of repair charges, security, storage and other charges as many be raised by Sahara Engineering Works Limited. Take further notice that unless the said items left for repairs are collected within thirty (30) days they shall be sold by public auction by private treaty to defray charges and will thereafter cease to be responsible.
