NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 3 and 4 of the Transfer of Businesses Act (Cap. 500) that part of the assets of Plastic Electricons Limited, a limited liability company carrying out the business of manufacture and sale of inter alia plastic caps and bottles will be transferred (subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent) to Jojo Plastics Limited who will carry on the business on their premises located on Enterprise Road, P.O. Box 4711–00506, Nairobi in Kenya. The address of the Transferor is Plastic Electricons Limited, of P.O. Box 45643–00100, Nairobi, Kenya. The address of the Transferee is Jojo Plastics Limited, Enterprise Road, P.O. Box 4711–00506, Nairobi, Kenya. All claims for money, debts or liabilities due and owing by the Transferor in respect of the assets up to the date of transfer shall be received and paid by the Transferor. The Transferee shall not be deemed to assume any of the debts or liabilities incurred by, or on behalf of the Transferor in connection with, or relating to the assets up to the date of the transfer.
