APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated the 18th November, 2021, I appointed Stephen W. Kamau, Principal Co-operative Officer, Headquarters, to be liquidator for Boulevard Sacco Society Limited (in liquidation) for a period not exceeding one (1) year, and whereas the said Stephen W. Kamau has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period, Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation for Boulevard Sacco Society Limited (CS 3585), for another period not exceeding one (1) year and re-appoint Stephen W.
