REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Martim arap Marusoi Cheborgei (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Laikipia, known as Laikipia/Marmanet/3316, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in succession cause No. 121 of 2020, has issued grant in favor of (1) Emily Wairimu Martim and (2) Rose Chepkorir Martim, and whereas (1) Emily Wairimu Martim and (2) Rose Chepkorir Martim have executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission of R.L. 19, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19, in the name of (1) Emily Wairimu Martim and (2) Rose Chepkorir Martim, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Martim arap Marusoi Cheborgei (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
