THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njagi Kamaitha (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.21 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Embu, known as Ngandori/Kiriari/595, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Runyenjes in Succession Cause No. 135 of 2011, has directed that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Nancy Murangi Kiura (ID/3522990), as administrator to the estate of Njagi Kamaitha, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and register the land to the said Nancy Murangi Kiura (ID/3522990) as administrator, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njagi Kamaitha (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
