WHEREAS Jumwa Mwamudzu Chilango, as the administrator of the estate of Mwamudzu Chilango (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 12.2 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. Kilifi/Roka/59, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
