THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Lumumba Ayoma, of P.O. Box 191, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 3.40 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Rachuonyo, registered under title No. C. Kasipul/Kachien/761, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, and whereas the registered proprietor has indemnified against all actions and claims that may be made after reconstruction of the land register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
