THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kavraj Singh Birdi, as the administrator od the estate of Gurdev Singh Birdi (deceased), of P.O. Box 81316–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold interest ownership of all that piece of land containing 4.000 hectares or thereabout, known as plot No. 571/III/MN, within Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi County, registered as C.R. 16178/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file register in respect of the title has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the 4066 4066 owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
