REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Stephen Macharia Njoroge and (2) Charles Gichanga Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 73008–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as the administrators of the estate of Tabitha Wangari Njomo alias Tabitha Wangari alias Tabitha W. Njomo (deceased), are the registered proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/I/96, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in volume N24, Folio 64/12 File 7818, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the administrators have indemnified the government of the Republic of Kenya from and against all actions, proceedings and claims that may arise after reconstruction of the land register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
