REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Johnson Nduati Muiruri, (2) Gladys Njeri Muiruri, (3) David Kanyotu Muiruri and (4) Joseph Ndwati Muiruri, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that pieces of land known as Dagoretti/Mutuini/1693, 1694, 1695 and 1696, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
