WHEREAS Ruth Mugure Ngaruiya, as the administrator of the estate of Hiram Chege Ngaruiya (deceased), of P.O. Box 24011– 00502, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that flat No. 6 on 3rd floor of apartment erected on a piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/2983/2, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of lease registered as I.R. 89801/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the lease thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
