REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kulwant Singh Sehmi and (2) Saranjit Singh Sehmi, as administrators of the estate of Santokh Singh Sehmi, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 37/246/26, situate in the Nairobi Municipality in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 17385/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
