APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8 (2) (f) of the Wildlife Conservation and Management Act, 2013, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretations and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Tourism, Wildlife and Heritage appoints— Chris Foot, Helen Wanjiru Gichohi, Tom Silvester, to be members of the Kenya Wildlife Service Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 15th September, 2023. The appointment* of Neddy Jeruto Kiptoo, Jennifer Mwangangi and Moses Njenga Chege is revoked. Dated the 14th September, 2023.
