IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (2) (h) of the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication Order, 2011, the Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communications, and the Digital Economy, appoints— Valentine Khaminwa, John Kieru Wambui, Kizito Chesesio, to be members of the Council to the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 15th September, 2023.
