TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2023 By (1) Hadija Ibrahim Dahal and (2) Dahal Ibrahim Dahal, both of P.O. Box 657, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Catherine Wangechi Ibrahim, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 4th June, 2018. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2023 By Sharif Ali Saleh, of P.O. Box 132, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bihawa Saleh, who died at Maweni, Shella, on 7th September, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
