TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2023 By (1) Nafisa Sharif Sufi, (2) Abdigafar Mohamed Abdalla and (3) Fartun Mohamed Abdalla, all of P.O. Box 106176–00101, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Abdalla Yussuf, who died at Blue Light Nursing Home, on 25th October, 2009. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2023 By Abdalla Ali Yasin, of P.O. Box 26903–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Yassin Farah, who died at Nairobi South Hospital in Kenya, on 7th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
