Box 305–00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s stepmother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amina Mohammed Hassan, who died at Ladnan Hospital in Kenya, on 9th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2023 By Ahmed Hassan Rehman, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Halima Kahiya Osman, who died at Nairobi, on 27th October, 2009. CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2023 By (1) Tauseef Rasheed Chaudhri and (2) Taukeer Chaudhri, both of P.O. Box 37367–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s siblings, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Tasneem C. Chaudhri, who died at Kilimani, on 5th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
