TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2023 By Evance Odhiambo Odero, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Odero Orwa, who died at Mbita, on 30th June, 1988. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2023 By George Odhiambo Nyaranga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvester Nyaranga Oyoo alias Sylvester Nyaranga, who died at Mbita, on 31st August, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
