TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 164 OF 2023 By Margaret Atieno Rangenga, the deceased’s widow, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omolo Ogutu Obong’o, who died on 9th April, 2020. CAUSE NO. 229 OF 2023 By William Stephen Odhiambo, the deceased’s son, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agustinus Ochieng Otieno alias Augustino Ochieng, who died on 13th February, 1997. CAUSE NO. E248 OF 2023 By Martin Otieno Obonyo, of P.O. Box 4–40606, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonardus Ayugi Owure alias Ayugi Owure, who died at Rangala Sub-location, on 26th January, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
