TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 48 OF 2023 By Dalmas Mbeda Njera, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazaro Okungu Sule, who died at Lake Nursing Home, on 9th October, 1989. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2023 By Thomas Oluoch Awuoth, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felix Onyango Awuoth alias Felix Ogingo Awuoth, who died at Ongata Rongai, on 14th January, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
