E109 OF 2023 By Margrate Okore Wagah, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Okore Waga, who died on 6th June, 2005. CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2023 By Kennedy Omuke Miswa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Misua alias Martin Miswa Omoke, who died on 15th May, 1995.
