E41 OF 2023 By Beatrice Kauchi Isaac, the deceased’s niece, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Mwero Bemwarua, who died at District Hospital, Mariakani in Kenya, on 23rd November, 2012. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2023 By Salim Tsuma Washe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tsuma Washe Kajiwe, who died at Buni Kisimani, on 28th October, 1993. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2023 By Shokoa Mwamwamba Kadenge, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadulu Kadonge Bevilungo alias Kadulu Kadenge Bevilungu, who died at Buni Kisimani, on 13th February, 1998.
