E47 OF 2023 By (1) Weisiko Thomas Rioba and (2) Jones Weisiko Rioba, both of P.O. Box 19, Kehancha in Kenya, , for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rioba Mangera Mwita alias Rioba Mangera, who died at Nyatechi Sub-location, on 11th November, 2002.
