E229 OF 2022 By (1) Festus Amakombo Mwanza and (2) Milcent Naliaka Munyobi, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fanuel Mwanza Makongo alias Fanuel Mwanza Batholomayo Makongo, who died at Imanga Sub-location, on 30th December, 2000. CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2023 By Wycliffe Shibia Wanamayi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jason Namayi Andabwa alias Jason Namayi Wandabwa, who died at Buchenya in 1998. CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2023 By Gerald Ngosia Angalwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangalwa Mukoya alias Angalwa Mukoya, who died at Matawa, in 1974.
