E5 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Nzyuko Mbunza, (2) Dennis Mukula Mbunza, (3) Reuben Mbunza, (4) Irene Mwikali Mbunza and (5) Mwendwa Mbunza, all of P.O. Box 360, Kibwezi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Mbunza Malinda, who died on 10th January, 2008. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2023 By (1) Paul Kamuya Ndambuki, (2) Steve Sumbi Kamuya, (3) Stella Wanza Kamuya and (4) Jane Nduku Kamuya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phoebe Kakwasi Kamuya, who died on 17th May, 2012. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2023 By (1) Paul Kamuya Ndambuki, (2) Steve Sumbi Kamuya, (3) Stella Wanza Kamuya and (4) Jane Nduku Kamuya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kamuya Ndambuki, who died on 1st January, 2016.
