TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 41 OF 2023 By (1) Maryrose Kataki Mbindyo and (2) Douglas Katumo Mbindyo, both of P.O. Box 1175–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Mbindyo alias Jackson Mbindyo Kalekye, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 26th August, 2017. CAUSE NO. 42 OF 2023 By (1) Veronica Ndiva Komu and (2) Peter Katene Ndeti, both of P.O. Box 10, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngali Muindi Ngau, who died at Mukimwani, on 20th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. 43 OF 2023 By (1) Alexander Kilula Munyao and (2) Josephat Mumo Munyao, both of P.O. Box 66–90127, Mbumbuni in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Munyao Kasua, who died at Kako, on 5th January, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
