Box 1–90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maende Mulelya alias Maende Mulelya Ndavi, who died at Kakuswi, on 11th July, 2014. CAUSE NO. 38 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Kioko Muthike and (2) Peter Mule Muthike, both of P.O. Box 7, Iiani in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abraham Muthike Mule, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 5th October, 2008. Box 1–90125, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vini Nzulu Kisilu alias Vini Nzulu, who died at Kalawani, on 21st Febraury, 1994. CAUSE NO. 40 OF 2023 By Kamene Ngyema Mwilu, of P.O. Box 1–90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthini Mwilu Kakunyu alias Muthini Muilu, who died at Mukimwani, on 4th October, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
